Tell us a story about your journey related to hair or gut health?
I had acid reflux and it took over two years to figure out how to properly deal with it. Since then I've been working on making sure my gut heal is on point. I also started my natural hair growth journey in 2021 so I'm always looking for items to make sure my hair stays healthy.
