I have worked with Frintz, a photo printing company. While their social media is more stock photos, we are now trying to start up their TikTok page by first giving our audience a run down of what the company is, then showing how versatile and needed their company is.

Can you share an example of a successful online community engagement strategy you've implemented?
While working on the Newhouse PR TikTok, my team promoted an in-person event to gain followers and post on social media. Once users were drawn to our page we used humor and the newest trends to keep college students interested and engaged.

First you need to establish the target audience on each platform. TikTok is more short-form videos while Instagram can be a simple carousel.
