I am extremely passionate about ending the epidemic of negative body image talk and disordered eating. I have introduced the boundary of not talking negatively about bodies in a group with me. If a friend begins to talk about their body, I simply tell them not to do that around me, as I feel women bond too often over hating themselves. This has been so good for my mental health and good practice setting boundaries around the people I love.
