Yeah, this helps with that” would immediately capture attention. The video would follow a quick story arc, such as a “Day in My Life: From Anxious to Aligned,” where I would show a stressful morning, introduce PYM as my calming solution mid-day, and transitions into a more peaceful, productive afternoon.
