Short form, not longer than 1 minute, capture attention and make staying worthwhile. Simply talking at a camera won't keep people engaged, if I were creating a video for Glamir :
Showcase the personalized aspect, make it seem interactive/ have a "this or that"
Give a storytime that involves Glamir coming to the rescue in a dramatic situation
Ask people on the street about their make-up beauty favorites/ give advice

What key metrics do you track to ensure a social media page is business-ready?
I look at engagement, views, and how many new accounts or "non-followers" a post reaches. For a page just starting out, I think its important to build trust through testimonials and sharing a mission, or the "why" for consumers.
