I would captivate on using Sephora on Uber Eats as a way to incentivize the limited offer. Many girls on SDSU campus don't have direct access to a store near by, and by boosting visibility of the limited offer it would be more attractive to people. Using call to actions such as get it while you can. Or adding a mini in the offer.
