I would successfully manage all responsibilities and have clear communications with the influencer and pager team by first understanding the goals of the company. Once the goals are in place, collaborating with the team, to find a realistic approach on how to accomplish these goals. As well as add, some goals that would be considered "reaches", so we can preform over just "target goals".
