To build community, I would interact with a page’s audience by responding to comments and messages regularly, making followers feel heard and valued. I’d also host interactive content like polls, Q&A sessions, or giveaways to encourage engagement. Sharing user-generated content and celebrating followers' experiences with the brand adds a personal touch. Additionally, asking for feedback on products or content creates a sense of involvement and ownership among the audience.

A brand's page feels approachable to me when it has a friendly, authentic tone that resonates with its audience. I appreciate when the content feels personal like there’s a real person behind it, and when the brand actively engages with followers through comments, polls, or responses. Visually appealing design, clear messaging, and a consistent style also make it easier to connect.
