A customer left a negative review on a social media site. How do you respond to their review?
I would get to the root of the issue concerning them, and reply personally to them, first apologizing for whatever went wrong. Then I would offer advice for how to make the experience better for them next time. Lastly I would create a social media video (preferably tik Tok) on how to fix or avoid the issue at hand as to limit unsatisfied customers.
