If you were to run social for quincy, what are initial ideas that come to mind to elevate quincy's brand on Instagram? additionally, who are three influences you'd target on Instagram for quincy and why?
To elevate Quincy's brand on Instagram, I would focus on creating visually stunning content that highlights the luxury and social aspect of premium cocktails. This would include aesthetic cocktail recipe videos, behind-the-scenes footage from upscale events, and influencer collaborations that showcase Quincy as the go-to brand for social hosting. I’d also introduce a community-driven campaign where followers can share their own Quincy cocktail moments using a branded hashtag. For influencer partnerships, I’d target:Ella Rose McFadin – Recently engaged and hosting numerous celebratory events, Ella is an ideal partner to position Quincy as the perfect drink for engagement parties, bridal showers, and milestone celebrations. Her audience aligns well with those interested in lifestyle and entertaining.Greta Louise Tome – Known for her love of martinis, Greta’s brand naturally complements Quincy's identity. Her authentic enthusiasm for cocktails would make Quincy a seamless addition to her content, creating organic and engaging partnerships.Hallie Batchelder – With martinis featuring in half of her videos, Hallie’s audience already associates her with the cocktail culture. Partnering with her would reinforce Quincy's presence in the luxury cocktail space, tapping into an engaged audience that values premium drinks.By integrating these influencers and a refined social media strategy, Quincy would strengthen its brand identity and expand its reach effectively.

Can you provide an example of previous brand social media strategies you've led or have contributed towards?
I played a key role in developing the website for The Happiness Lab podcast by Yale Professor Laurie Santos, ensuring it served as an engaging hub for listeners and new audience members. The website was designed to highlight new episodes, provide resources related to the podcast’s themes, and encourage audience interaction. My work focused on making the site visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines to increase discoverability.Alongside the website, I contributed to launching social media campaigns aligned with the release of a new season of The Happiness Lab. These campaigns included content tailored to different platforms, leveraging video clips, audiograms, and interactive posts to engage audiences. I helped craft compelling captions, incorporate trending hashtags, and optimize post timing to maximize reach and engagement.Additionally, I worked on strategic partnerships to expand the podcast’s visibility, engaging with related accounts and communities to drive traffic to both the website and streaming platforms. By using analytics to track engagement and refine our approach, I helped grow the podcast’s digital presence and connect with new listeners in meaningful ways. This experience has strengthened my ability to craft effective brand strategies, manage content, and execute data-driven social media campaigns.

What's an aspect of managing social you think you're good at and what's an area you're trying to improve?
I excel at creating dynamic content that resonates with audiences and staying up to date on the latest social media trends. I have a strong ability to identify what’s currently engaging users, whether it’s trending sounds, viral challenges, or emerging aesthetics, and adapt content strategies accordingly. By leveraging these trends, I ensure that social media posts remain relevant, engaging, and optimized for visibility. One area I’m looking to improve is moving beyond following trends to actively setting them. I want to experiment with original content ideas that have the potential to go viral, rather than solely reacting to existing trends. This includes exploring innovative content formats, leveraging unique storytelling techniques, and fostering audience interaction in ways that could create organic momentum. By taking a more proactive approach to trend-setting, I hope to establish a stronger creative presence and contribute to shaping social media conversations rather than just participating in them.
