What is the one thing a college student needs in their career that they currently aren't getting today?
I believe its the experience, many companies and industries refuse to hire a person or give them a chance because they failed to have a certain amount of years of experience. Companies need to be more willing to see a persons drive to learn something new and gaining that necessary experience at the same time.
