I'm regularly the moderator in most of my friend and work environments - I listen well, and I give good advice that appeases to both parties.

If you were the marketing manager for Poparazzi, describe where you would focus the majority of your resources for a fall launch on your campus?
My focus is always on freshmen and sophomores; they're the ones who are more likely to still be friends with high school students, so as long as they like the school experience, they're excellent recruiters.
