Please share an experience where you managed a project from beginning to end.
Very recently, I was the manager and lead artist for a mural project. In the beginning, I had the community we were painting the murals for do a survey on what they'd prefer. Next, I got my team we got our supplies once our idea was solid, and then I divvied up work so everyone gets an equal opportunity to participate in the mural.
