How would you onboard your peers onto a new platform?

To onboard my peers onto a new platform, I’d focus on making it simple, social, and worth their time from the start. First, I’d clearly explain what the platform is and why it matters by highlighting specific benefits that relate to their daily lives. That would include areas like saving time, staying connected, or gaining opportunities. Instead of overwhelming them with features, I’d show a quick, easy way to get started so they can experience value right away. I’d also use peer influence by getting a few early adopters or campus leaders involved first. When others see people they know actively using the platform, it builds trust and curiosity. Hosting small demos, group sign-up sessions, or even casual “walkthrough” hangouts can make the process feel less intimidating and more interactive. To keep momentum, I’d create incentives like challenges and or goveaways for early users, and encourage people to invite their friends. Finally, I’d stay available for questions and feedback, helping troubleshoot issues and adjusting how I promote the platform based on what people actually respond to.

How would you engage your campus community to effectively promote a brand?

To effectively promote a brand on campus, I would focus on making it feel authentic, social, and student-driven rather than overly corporate. I’d start by partnering with student organizations and clubs that already have trust within different groups. Doing this helps the brand feel more relatable. Hosting interactive events like giveaways or themed experiences would create opportunities for students to engage directly with the brand in a memorable way. I’d also use social media strategically by encouraging user-generated content. That would include challenges, contests, or reposts of students’ experiences. Finally, I’d gather feedback from students to adapt the approach, making sure the brand stays relevant and genuinely connected to what the campus community actually cares about. Since I attend a smaller school, my peers would be apt to participating.
