Tested a product before? Tell us about your experience! what worked and what didn’t?
I have tested a product before through a small company connected with Yale that was developing a dating simulator game. I provided feedback on in-game dialogue, character design, and overall app design. I shared suggestions on how conversations could flow more naturally and where certain design elements could be improved for a better user experience. I really enjoyed the process and found it interesting to help shape a product through thoughtful, constructive feedback.
