How would you engage a customer who is hesitant to try a new product?
I would make it a relatable experience. I'd see what their interest and disinterests are and cater my pitch accordingly. I'd also try and relate what they are thinking and feeling about the products to how I'm feeling, so they feel they can trust me and my opinion on the product is valid.
