Share a time when you've been able to mobilize a group of people around a product, service, or cause you feel passionate about?
I think encouraging altruism is one of the hardest things to do.
Why should somebody take time out of their day, add an extra step in a routine, or go out of their way for the benefits of others?
Over the years, I’ve been privileged enough to be in various leadership positions. I’ve been able to organize clean-up days and volunteer opportunities for creating cleaner parks and environments.
