Tell us about a time you helped something run more smoothly, or solved a problem on your own.
In regards to previous jobs, if there were challenges during shifts, I would delegate tasks to each coworker to ensure tasks were done efficiently and in a timely manner. Basically, I used communication and cooperation with coworkers to mitigate any issues.

What excites you about this role and working with JOVA?
First and foremost, I'm excited to gain business skills, engage in hands-on activities, and explore diverse opportunities with a team. Because I am passionate about health and wellness myself, developing and supporting a product that helps improves ones' lifestyle is something of great interest for me. Lastly, I recognize this role requires someone who is especially detail-oriented and organized, which are both qualities I possess.
