what's a creative way you would lead sampling efforts both on and off campus?

I would lead sampling efforts by creating a third space moment where people can slow down, hang out, and play with ColourPop products in a low pressure, welcoming environment. Instead of traditional tabling, I would design cozy pop ups in spaces students already love like cafes, bookstores, or creative studios where sampling feels social and fun. On campus, this could look like a “study break beauty lounge” where students can swatch, do quick touch ups, and chat with friends. Off campus, it could live in local coffee shops or community spaces as a casual drop in moment. The goal is to make sampling feel like part of someone’s day, not an interruption, while building genuine community around the brand.

How would you engage your audience to promote ColourPop products?

I would engage my audience by making ColourPop feel wearable, fun, and interactive through real time storytelling and hands on experiences. Digitally, I would create short form content like get ready with me videos, shade try ons, and before and afters that show products in action and how they wear throughout the day. I would also use polls and questions to let my audience vote on shades or looks so they feel part of the process. In person, I would love to support fun pop up events where people can see, swatch, and play with the products themselves, creating an experience that feels exciting and community driven. The goal is to make discovering ColourPop feel fun.
