How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
I would either verbally remind them of their responsibilities and the upcoming deadlines or write emails/texts as the deadlines come closer to make sure things are running smoothly. I would also see if there is anything I can help with in order for tasks to be done efficiently and effectively.
