Are you lactose intolerant? Have you taken Lactaid pills in the past? If so, please share your experience navigating this restriction.
I am lactose intolerant. I have never taken any lactaid pills, but have always wanted too. When I was little dairy would be me vomit. As I get older it just hurts my stomach.
