While I was working at Disney, there was a time where our entire technology system went out. This was right after Hurricane Ian, so that was definitely the reasons. We could not clock in, out for breaks, communicate with each other over teams or search for items. My coordinator and I quickly started talking to the department to use our personal phones and divide and conquer, meaning half the team would go to the warehouse and search for items and report back to people in the office, writing down the information. For the clocking in issue, I created a clipboard for people to write down their times and the next day when everything returned to normal, I helped put in everyone’s accurate times into MyTime.
