Explain why you think you are right for recruiting and leading a group of 30+ students at your college
I have led several teams in clubs, group projects, etc. most clubs consisting of 80+ people. Also, through my several huge law firm experiences, I learned how to take initiative as someone whose position was an intern and not meant to be a leader. I strengthened and learned skills such as leadership, communication, collaboration, socializing, problem solving, etc.
