Interview Questions

How will you hold members accountable for completing tasks on time?
Giving the expectations once the tasks are being shared, writing down the responsibilities and expectations you have for them, as well as being open to questions, some people struggle to complete tasks because they do not understand how to complete it, or where to start, so being open to questions helps with that. Lastly, doing group meetings or emails, any sort of communication form where you can follow up on how the work is going, reminding when the work is due and help if it’s needed. If they still fail to do their expected tasks a deeper conversation should happen to see what can be done in the future so it does not happen again, as well as mentioning it to someone else outside the members.
