You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
I would first analyze what it´s making me not like the product. And then I would try to get in touch with someone responsable for the brand and see if there´s anything we can do to solve the issue. But if there´s nothing we can do, it´s ok, maybe it just didn´t work for me, so I would never say anything online about it
