What do you enjoy most about attending your schools football games, game day events, or live/watch parties?

I enjoy the team atmosphere most when attending my school's sports events. My school is well-known for its college basketball, but I have also found a lot of joy attending games that I know little to nothing about -- like football, and hockey. I absolutely love that, no matter what sport or what event I attend, there is always a rallying force of community that I'm surrounded with. Whether it be game-day parties or chants for our team, I love the feeling of being surrounded by hundreds of people, all coming together to root for the same cause.

What does wellness mean to you? And how do you integrate it in your life?

To me, wellness means doing the best one can to assess the wants and needs of their mind and body, and using that knowledge to find a balance between them both. It's especially important to me to note that wellness is multifaceted -- it includes physical health, mental health, exercise, and mindfulness. I integrate wellness into my life by understanding my boundaries, staying in shape, and listening to my intuition. In order to maintain mental wellness, I manage my time, meditate, and go to therapy to work through stress and big emotions healthily. To maintain physical wellness, I make healthy meals, exercise regularly, and make sure to be kind to myself.
