How do you approach testing new products?
I think first of all it's important to read the instructions on how to use it. I evaluate the product on a general basis, looking not only on how well it works for me but also things like the ingredients, how it is made, packaging, price, etc.

Tell us about your previous experience with hair health products.
I've tried a lot of different hair care products but struggle to find something that I really feel makes a difference that is not super expensive. I've used oils, serums, masks but generally speaking I feel like my hair looks pretty much the same.
