How do you usually keep track of tasks, follow-ups, or deadlines when things are moving fast?
Everything I do is put into a calendar with reminders whether to follow up with a supervisor or to send a email. While it may not be necessary to input every little thing into it. It significantly reduces my ability to forget the seemingly small things that are still important.

Tell us about a time you helped something run more smoothly, or solved a problem on your own.
In my part time job I created a fairly basic data tracking/input tool that reduced the time previously required for a task by roughly 25%. It allowed operations to flow more efficiently using tools that we already had access to as a organizaiton.

What excites you about this role and working with JOVA?
The ability to work for a brand that is young and dynamic allows for lots of opportunities for learning and personal growth. This role seems to be one that is fast moving with the ability to actually get your hands dirty which is unlike many internships offered by later stage or more traditional brands.
