In less than two sentences, How do you handle a difficult customer interaction?
I would make sure the customer feels heard and acknowledged before explaining my point. It’s important that they know I understand their concern and that I’m taking it seriously. I’d stay calm, respectful, and patient — sometimes even using friendliness and kindness to ease the tension and create a more positive tone. Once they feel understood, it’s much easier to work together toward a solution.
