How would you grow a channel from zero with limited resources?
I would start by outlining the first six months of content as well as defining the purpose of the channel. In an oversaturated market, such as social media, you must have a niche that sets you apart as well as participating in intersection marketing. I would make sure that we work together to outline not only a youtube strategy, but a diverse media strategy. Making sure to market the channel and content across various platforms. Due to the limited resources, I would ensure that a proper understanding of fundamental editing and videography is understood as well. Good quality content is vital in this day and age and thanks to the modern advancements of technology such can be made from a phone alone. Utilizing what the channel has is vital to growth of the channel and once that growth is achieved the channel can invest more in resources.
