What is a Brand you'd like to see on HFC?

Drops by Kahoot. It’s an accessible language learning app that uses very similar interfaces with their quizzes. I’d also love to see more travel brands as I know that people would love the opportunity to work within and have access to travel industries.

I take on the mindset that most interactions are set by how I approach the customer. Understanding that I may be a first point contact and its not personal, while staying calm and trying to understand the issue from the clients perspective, helps me to find a quick resolution that satisfies the client.
