What does your meditation and/or breathwork practice look like?
My daily meditation and breathwork practice give me a tranquil and revitalizing area. I usually begin my mornings with a 10- to 15-minute meditation practice. I sit relaxed in a quiet, comfortable location near a window to let in natural light. I frequently light a peaceful incense stick, allowing its soothing aroma to fill the room, enhance the mood, and deepen my practice. During this moment, I concentrate on my breathing, allowing it to serve as a centering factor. When my mind wanders, I gently direct it back to my breath, observing it without judgment. This practice assists me in setting a pleasant tone for the day and improving my overall mindfulness.
Additionally, I utilize breathwork techniques, such as diaphragmatic breathing or the 4-7-8 method, throughout the day when I need moments of relaxation or stress relief. These practices and incense usage have become crucial tools in my everyday life for preserving mental clarity and balance.

Share one creative way to build a community around Open on your campus.
I would Consider sponsoring a series of "Mindful Mingle" events on my campus to foster a thriving community around Open. These weekly sessions, which would occur in calm outdoor settings on campus, combine mindfulness practices like breathwork and meditation with discussions about conscious entrepreneurship. You may foster personal growth and self-awareness by providing students a calm atmosphere to unwind and connect. Invite guest speakers to express their perspectives, encourage participants to share their experiences, and develop a sense of community among attendees who share Open's mission. Use social media to promote events and discuss mindfulness's extraordinary influence on students' lives. This approach is consistent with Open's conviction that mindfulness is more than stress alleviation.
