Three different ways I would try to take on this task is based on the functions that different creators complete. Firstly, I would seek out creators that Pager could be useful to them in their jobs, to facilitate what they already do. Secondly, I would target creators that influence students or young professionals, as this took could be effective in these audiences. Lastly I would source creators that use their platforms to share messages of value, and I would propose a new way of conveying those messages through Pager.

I would be able to successfully manage these responsibilities as I have fresh ideas and I have a clear understanding of social media platforms and their consumers, as I myself am one. I will be able to comprehend what they like and what they are looking for.

In 2020, I worked as a social media manager for Sfumato Holdings, where I focused on the rebranding of The Sandwich Shop. Throughout this experience, I was able to reposition the brand by altering the message they convey to their audience. I achieved this by being clearer in the catering to the target audience in a more effective way.
