Share an experience that highlights your ability to build strong relationships.
An expierecne that highlights my ability to build strong relationships would be my summer job, working at Bloomfield Summer Fun Camps. Here, I work as a lifeguard for special needs kids ranging from all ages. This experience has taught me to build strong relationships through gaining new perspectives about how people live, adapting to individuals who aren't similar to me, and working with a vast age ranch from toddlers to adults. My communication and ability to understand those around me has advanced from this job as Ive worked with patience and an open minded to all my campers the past 2 years. Ive practiced taking the time to understand the unique challenges that each camper faces and being able to provide a reliable presence with active listening, empathy, and trust to create strong relationships.
