As social media manager and administrative assistant at UrbEd, a student-led non-profit, I created much of our front-facing material- be it graphics for our monthly newsletters, emails with potential partners, or content on our website. On numerous occasions, I was able to alert my teammates about errors in spelling or grammar, mis-scheduled meetings, or unformatted images, before they were released. In one instance, I was waiting to be let into a zoom call when I realized the waiting-room blurb was missing a word. I quickly texted my supervisor and the error was fixed within minutes.
