Do you think reviews are important when buying a product?
I think reviews are incredibly important. I almost always check several reviews before buying any product I've never tried before.

When a digital product is a stand alone service (ie has no packaging) how can social media be used to help communicate the different benefits of using it to audiences with different reasons for using it.
Customers can give testimonials via socials that explain why and how the digital product has been beneficial to them.
