What will be your strategy with sourcing influencers?

My first step with sourcing influencers is always listing in detail the main details and brand objectives of the specific campaign. Through this process, I am able to identify the best partnerships based on what overlaps. An example of this is when I was sourcing influencers for a sock release at augustnoa, I learnt to target the pilates and fitness influencers rather than targeting mothers for our diaper bag launch.

After narrowing down the details to identify the best influencers, I then would assess their content. Aspects such as content style, engagement, and analytics would help understand if they would truly be a good fit based on their audience.

Lastly, I would reach out and focus on building a relationship rather than simply a business deal. This ensures that the people we are working with understand we have their best interest at heart and are interested in exploring a partnership benefitting both of us.

What experience do you have with influencer marketing?

As a Marketing Intern at augustnoa, I was in charge of exploring brand partnerships and thoroughly planning campaign lists. I curated 3 campaign outreach lists with 50+ influencers, ensuring that they align with brand and campaign objectives. I explored new and unique ways to discover the best individuals for partnerships and marketing our products. Additionally, as a member of GENZ and a consumer of content myself, I have an eye for what viewers prefer to watch and what to purchase.
