Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
"Currently, I’m working with a graphic design client who wasn’t satisfied with the first logo draft I sent. She later sent me her own mockup as a reference and asked me to redesign based on that . My task was to manage her expectations while still delivering a creative and professional result . It was stressful at first because I had already invested time in the original concept, but I took a step back, carefully studied her mockup, and aligned my revisions to her vision while also adding my design expertise . In the end, I delivered a version that matched her style but still maintained quality and originality. She was pleased with the outcome, and I learned the importance of flexibility and patience when handling client feedback."

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?
"When managing multiple clients, I prioritize tasks based on urgency, impact, and deadlines. First, I assess which deliverables are time-sensitive or directly affect a client’s business operations. Next, I organize tasks using tools like [Trello/Asana/Google Calendar—mention whichever you use] to break projects into milestones. I also set clear communication channels with each client so expectations are aligned. If there are competing priorities, I address them by discussing timelines with the clients involved, ensuring transparency while still delivering quality work. This way, I maintain balance, meet deadlines, and keep every client satisfied."
