Please share how you would successfully manage all responsibilities and clear communication with the influencers and pager team.

I would manage all responsibilities by creating a weekly calendar and checklist to make note of what responsibilities I have and make sure to keep track of what needs to be finished for each week. I would try my best to prioritize the important projects and tasks given to me and reach out to my manager or coworkers if I need any assistance. I would also make sure to constantly communicate through email, text, slack, or by phone with everyone I am working with to keep in check and constantly update them on my progress or any changes made. It is important to know how much I can handle and also manage my time well to accomplish everything needed while reaching out to others when in need. By doing this, I am able to focus on my role and also learn from others when I am lost in certain areas. It is a team effort and how I am able to manage my time.

Please brainstorm three avenues you'd utilize to engage and source new creators for the pager platform.

Initially, I would utilize email to connect with creators' managers or agencies to reach out and initiate an engagement to introduce our agenda. I would also utilize TikTok and current trends to find which new creators fit and can extenuate their platforms. Lastly, I would utilize Instagram to find upcoming new creators and see their interactions with their audience to see the potential they have within the companies agendas.
