As a Team Leader at Jumpstart, I showcased my willingness to work and flexibility by taking on the role of my member who had left the program due to class conflicts. I had taken upon the member role in addition to my leader role showing adaptability.

How would you handle a lack of response or rejection in a sales role?
I would stay positive and not take it personally, but I would analyze why the customer/client wasn’t interested and learn from it. I would follow up on promising leads and move on from lost clients to focus my energy on the next potential client.
