I set up a fundraising event, raising money for my marathon sponsor: Mind mental health charity.
A good friend of mine's sister suffered poorly from mental health, and he was touched by the event.

What is an example of when you went out of your way to provide an act of kindness from someone who is not an immediate friend or family member?
I visit and socialise with my old nanny's mother on a near-daily basis. She is Iranian, and is deeply saddened, and isolated, from what is happening in her home country. I think my visits provide her some joy each day.
