A time when I tested and gave feedback was being a beta tester for iOS (Apple Software). I used the public beta to download it to my phone before everyone else had the official release. What I enjoyed about the experience is that I love seeing the new features and new things that you can do with your phone. Whenever a new iOS update was announced, I do research on the new features so that I can try it out when the beta is released. One thing that I found challenging about that experience is that the iOS beta is laggy where there is a lot of bugs that need to be fixed. But that is why the beta exists so that the problems will be patched and fixed before the general public as access to it.

I feel pretty comfortable with using Discord since I use the platform from time to time. I feel great about participating in online communities because I also do it often for many years.

What motivates me to contribute feedback and improve apps is by using the apps/websites I can use for my everyday life. If I use an app or website that helps me throughout the day, I am more inclined to give consistant feedback so that developers can take it into account to improve their app.
