Replying to comments, commenting and liking under brand ambassador post or anyone who uses the product by doing this making a hashtag for the business so we can see everyone who has promoted it. Using viral sounds . Catchy caption etc.

When it comes to a bad review on a product. I would sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and if there was a mistake made politely correct them so they will be able to enjoy the product.
