Describe a time you handled a challenging client communication.
In my previous role,I was managing multiple clients ,one became frustrated because of a delay in deliverable.The client sent a strongly worded email.i had to de-escalate the situation in order to maintain their trust and still deliver within the adjusted timeline.

How do you prioritize tasks when managing multiple clients?
By considering the client value,high value clients strategically need priority.
Employing the urgent Vs important matrix,urgent I deal with it fast.F or important clients I schedule tasks.
I also clarify priorities with clients , considering what Matters most to them or what seems urgent.
