What role does journaling play in your life?
When I journal, its usually at a time where everything is calm and I have finished with school or work. It's a time to reflect on the chaos and good that occured me in a certain time and appreciate the things that have happened to me. It allows me to look back at my life with a new perspective on how I persevered through difficulties and and am capable of achieving greatness.
