I identified the target audience's late-night study habits and social behaviors, which inspired the concept of 'Late-Night Bagels' as a new menu offering. Through research, I developed promotional tactics such as loyalty punch cards and themed events like 'Bagel Karaoke Night.' The strategy also included a press release, media pitch, and blog posts tailored to resonate with students. This approach not only showcased my ability to align content with audience needs but also reflected my commitment to diverse, creative ideas to drive engagement.
