Operations Intern — Account Management & Coordination

Describe a time you coordinated a project or event successfully.
A strong example of project coordination for me was when I worked on a short-form content series where I had to manage multiple pieces of input, including raw footage, creative direction, and revision feedback, all on a tight turnaround.I organized the workflow by breaking the project into clear stages reviewing materials first, outlining the structure of each video, and then prioritizing edits based on deadlines. I stayed in consistent communication to clarify expectations, confirm revisions, and ensure alignment on the final output before delivery.By keeping everything structured and maintaining clear communication throughout the process, I was able to deliver the final content on time while meeting the creative direction and quality standards expected.

Have you had any account management experience or worked in an agency?
I don’t have formal agency or traditional account management experience yet, but I do have experience working in structured, client-facing collaboration environments where communication, deadlines, and deliverables were key.In past projects, I’ve coordinated content production workflows, responded to feedback from brand teams, and helped align creative outputs with specific campaign goals. I’m comfortable managing timelines, staying organized across multiple tasks, and ensuring clear communication so expectations are met on both sides.I’m also very adaptable in fast-paced environments and understand how important it is in an agency-style setting to stay responsive, detail-oriented, and proactive with updates and coordination.
MAGICSHOT
Short-Form Video Creator for MagicShot AI

How would you showcase MagicShot’s AI features in a 15-second clip?
I would structure the 15-second clip as a fast transformation story to immediately show MagicShot’s value. It would start with a 1–2 second hook like: “This is just ONE photo…” paired with a simple, unedited image on screen. Then I’d quickly transition into MagicShot’s AI transformation process, using rapid cuts or screen recording to show the “tap once” feature in action. The middle section would focus on speed and ease highlighting how quickly the tool turns a basic photo into a polished, aesthetic visual. I’d use zooms, subtle motion, and sound syncing to make the transformation feel satisfying and dynamic. The final 3–5 seconds would be the payoff: a clean before-and-after reveal with bold text like “AI in one tap” or “from basic to cinematic instantly,” ending on the strongest visual result to maximize retention and replays.
