what's one content idea that you think would drive people to sign up to extra's waitlist? Why?

I would say A "Flavor Reveal Challenge " TikTok series where many users guess or react to new extra flavors in short, fun videos while using the branded hashtag.

Why? I would say it creates a curiosity and encourages user participation and leverages fomo people will see the challenge and will want to sign up for the waitlist to try the product themselves.

What strategies would you use to grow Extra's social media presence on TikTok? How would you measure success?

To grow Extras TikTok presence, I would first create engaging trend driven content that highlights the product in relatable and fun ways, while also encouraging user-generated content through many challenges and hashtags. I would also collaborate with campus influencers and actively engage with the audience to build community and brand recognition. I would say success would be measured by follower growth, engagement rate, video views and the reach of branded campaigns.
