I have shown leadership roles within my sorority. By being able to identify the target market of a brand, I can create a group of people that meet the target audience. However, within the group diversity would be shown in order for everyone to have the ability to share different ideas and experiences. It is important to be knowledgeable before leading, and I would learn the most I could before presenting an idea or concept to people while recruiting.
