You don't like the product, how do you proceed with this gig? Who do you notify and what steps do you take?
I would write a review to the company on why I do not like the product, as it has to do with solutions for PMS etc I would explain how it did not work for me. As it is something that might work for some people but not all. As well I would list the reasons I think it did not work for me.
